Description
Based on the relevant legislation, policies and other relevant studies, Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement (FA) for Consultant Engineering Design Services for Flood Alleviation Projects in County Dublin, with an initial contract for the Sandymount Coastal Flood Alleviation Scheme (CFAS). Assessment of the initial contract will lead to admission and ranking of 8 economic operators for the duration of the 4-year FA and the award of Sandymount CFAS contract to the winning service provider. Subsequent projects will be awarded by mini competitions open to those ranked in the FA based on quality and price. Priority for dealing with flood risks will be given to flood alleviation incorporating river and coastal restoration, Green and Blue Infrastructure, environmental protection and enhancement, and nature based solutions.
