Supply of Precast Concrete Elements for Farm Underpass in Patrickswell, Co Limerick (CfT 8037938)

Description

Allow for supply of 12no. precast reinforced concrete box units with internal dimensions 3000mm wide x 2100mm high and 2000mm length. Include for spray applied bridge deck waterproofing, applied waterproofing to floors and roof of each box. Also apply two coats of epoxy resin waterproofing to all buried surfaces of box units. Allow for supply of 4no. precast reinforced concrete wingwalls varying in height and varying in length with tapered walls. Allow for application of 2 coats of epoxy resin waterproofing to back of wingwalls. All waterproofing, both spray applied and epoxy resin, to be applied in the precast concrete manufacturers yard. Allow for supply of 2no. 900mm high by 500mm wide by circa 3500mm long precast reinforced concrete headwalls. Allow for supply of precast concrete effluent storage tank(s) with 11000 litre storage capacity, slatted roof and removable access cover. Allow for supply of 8no. 1000mm high x 1200mm internal dia perforated precast conrete rings. All precast reinforced concrete elements to be cast and waterproofed where necessary in accordance with tender drawings and works requirements. All precast concrete elements are to be delivered to the appointed contractor at the works site in Patrickswell, County Limerick within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of being the succesful supplier. This is an emergency procurement where the Client is seeking quotations from a number of suitable precase concrete suppliers with a reduced tender period.
