Atlantic Technological University (ATU) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites responses to this Supplementary Request for Tenders (SRFT) from firms admitted to its Dynamic Purchasing System under Lot 14 Science and Technology - Provision of online access to any database (citation or otherwise), eBook, or online journal aggregator covering both peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed materials; or any service platform, open access or otherwise, that provides academic content access, including but not limited to: Journals, magazines, scientific reports, conference proceedings, early access publications, and trade or industry periodicals. Scientific and professional news sources providing bibliographic information in full-text or abstracted formats. Indexed and searchable content that may include dissertations, images, datasets, and videos. Authentication via Single Sign-On (SSO). Regular updates to maintain current and authoritative content. The initial contract will be for a 12-month period, with the option to extend by 12 months with a maximum of three such extensions permitted.
