This project entails works in decommissioning and replacing the existing space heating throughout the majority of the building which includes the supply and installation of new radiators, new heating services pipework, new rooms controls, etc. throughout the majority of the school building. There are some areas in the building where the existing space heating installation shall be retained but some remedial works shall be carried out to the existing space heating installation in these areas.
