The project comprises the refurbishment and fit-out of an existing Home Economics classroom at Ard Scoil na nDéise, Convent Road, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. The works include strip-out of existing fixtures and finishes, removal of identified asbestos-containing materials, minor structural alteration, installation of fire-rated partitions and doors, and associated mechanical and electrical upgrades.
