The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is establishing a new Framework Agreement to support the delivery of services under the HEA’s Section 68 Review Framework. This notice relates to the establishment of a single-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement comprising four (4) lots (the “Framework Agreement”).
