Description

This project involves the relocation of play equipment for an adjacent temporary playground that was installed while the community centre was under construction. Additional equipment will be required in addition to this and also the installation of a path network boundary and internal fencing and furniture. A design layout has been prepared for the site and this will form the basis for the relocation of the existing temporary playground and the installation of additional equipment, paths fencing and the sensory garden. A budget of approximately โ‚ฌ250,000 (Incl VAT) is available for the project. Prior to submitting a tender, the site must be inspected by the proposed contractor and any constraints adequately addressed and accounted for in the price.
