Applications are invited from Contractors under the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract for the Saul GAC – Community Walking Trail Works – PP2018, comprising upgrade works to an existing community walking trail, associated lighting and ancillary works. The works will be for 45200000 – Works for complete or part Construction and Civil Engineering Work, 45112700 – Landscaping Work, 45233200 – Various surface Works, 77314000 – Grounds maintenance services, will be for a period of 4 weeks and will commence not before 3rd August 2026.
