An Post invites tenderers to tender for the Provision of Strategic Property Advice Services for the Sale of 3 select premises in Dublin (the “Contract”). An Post wish to appoint an Estate Agent and are seeking a response to a request for proposal with marketing campaign for services: • To sell the 3 assets on behalf of An Post in the most efficient, effective method in order to realise the maximum value of the asset. • All are existing logistics/warehouse buildings with rear yards, of varying age and condition. • Work will include advice on and completion of Valuations, best approach to sale including advice on timing and preferred method of sale given market conditions; • Costs to include provision of site boundary confirmations and measurement surveys either as in-house service with Tenderer or the provision of same as part of this via another provider AN POST requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide a cost efficient, competent and sustainable service for the Sale of 3 select premises in Dublin
