Description
The Proposed St Pauls to Ballykeeffe Rbout Active Travel Scheme includes the online upgrade of a section of the R526 over a length of 0.9km along with upgrade works to the St. Pauls and Ballykeeffe Roundabouts and side roads. The works associated with the upgrade of the urban road corridor include; -provision of linear pedestrian/cyclist facilities in accordance with DMURS, the National Cycle Manual and NTA BusConnects Guidance; -upgrade of side road junctions; -services installations including ESB, watermains, and telecomms; -upgrade of surface water collection system; -site clearance and fencing; -masonry and reinforced concrete retaining walls; -accommodation works; -road pavements; -kerbing, footway/cycleway construction; -traffic signs, traffic signals and road markings; -road lighting; -planting and landscaping. The Contract will include for Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) duties and Traffic Management.
