Description

The Contracting Authority is conducting a public procurement competition for Fingerprint Devices, Digital Signature Pads and a compatible Software Solution for Immigration Service Delivery, in accordance with the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016. The requirement is for 132 devices (100 Fingerprint Devices and 32 Digital Signature Pad Devices), capable of capturing biometrics, signature image and securely transferring the captured biometrics data and image, in a file form/format, as agreed with Contracting Authority, to an agreed destination system. The contract prioritises interoperability with existing systems and flexibility for future needs, aligning with digitisation strategies and EU migration protocols. Tenderers are advised that interchangeability and technical compliance are essential to avoid unnecessary costs or disruptions for the Department.
