The Housing Finance Agency (HFA) provides long-term financing to local authorities, Approved Housing Bodies and Higher Education Institutions to support the delivery of social and affordable housing. As part of the HFA’s loan assessment processes, an inspection by a qualified property valuation specialist and a report to confirm the value of homes in the loan application are required.
