Market Soundings for the Provision of Payroll Software and Associated Support Services

Description

The Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”) is seeking information on payroll software to support core payroll calculations, statutory deductions, standard and advanced reporting requirements, operational demands and compliance expectations. This is not a call for competition.   The objective of this market sounding exercise is to better understand the current solutions available in the market and supplier plans for future developments.   We are aware that not all suppliers may be in position to supply all elements that we require. The questions we have provided below take this into account and any supplier(s) invited to attend market soundings will be asked to focus on the services that they can supply.   It is envisaged that the feedback garnered as part of this market sounding will inform the proposed approach the House of the Oireachtas Service will take in tendering for this requirement.
