Description

Limerick City and County Council as Contracting Authority seeks to procure the services of an Architect led Integrated Design Team for delivery of Stage i to Stage v services in accordance with the Capital Works Management Framework. The Grade 3 Conservation Architect will act as Lead Consultant for The Design team. The purpose of this commission is to assist Limerick City and County Council in repurposing J.D. Daly’s, Abbeyfeale, County Limerick, as a mixed-use development comprising a commercial unit at ground floor level and residential accommodation on the first and second floors. The appointment of The Design Team shall be in accordance with all public procurement rules and guidelines. Collateral Warranties shall be required from each of the sub-consultants that will form part of The Design Team.
