This Tender is to establish a Multi Supplier Framework of Project Managers for Buildings and Estates Office, UCC with a Maximum of six participants to whom specific tasks will be awarded on an non-exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received based on Notional Hours and rates as detailed in the Pricing Document. The Project Managers will have a Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) background and work will primarily be on various UCC Capital works projects. The Project Managers will be required to support the Capital Projects Office team to manage the delivery of multiple projects reporting directly to an appointed member of the Capital Projects Office team, the project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the projects including liaising with project stakeholders and co-ordinating the activities of consultants and contractors. The role will involve both office in UCC Campus and site-based duties. The Project Manager will also be required to have a good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical installations.
