Award criteria
Tenderers are required to complete in full the Form of Tender contained in Appendix 1. A singlecost figure for evaluation purposes will be calculated through application of the notional quantities indicated. The lowest notional ultimate cost tender that also meets all minimum requirements described in this document will attain the highest score available under this criterion. The scores of all other valid tenders will be calculated as follows: Points awarded = (the maximum score achievable) multiplied by (the cost of the lowest cost valid tender) divided by (the cost of the valid tender in question).
