The provision of professional event design, community engagement, management and delivery services for Year 1 of a food-heritage festival pilot, to be delivered in 2026 as part of the Interreg North-West Europe (NWE) SLOWTOUR project. The Contracting Authority, Limerick City and County Council (โthe Contracting Authorityโ), invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to support the community-led design and delivery of a multi-day food-heritage festival aligned with the objectives of the SLOWTOUR project. The Services will include the coordination and facilitation of community engagement and co-design activities, the development of a festival programme informed by this engagement, and the planning and delivery of the festival. The programme is expected to celebrate Limerickโs food heritage, involve local producers and stakeholders, and incorporate immersive, educational and participatory elements. The festival will be delivered as a pilot action and will contribute to the learning and reporting requirements of the SLOWTOUR project, in accordance with Interreg NWE rules and the policies and procedures of the Contracting Authority.
