The Housing Agency requires the design and delivery of two tailored staff development programmes. 1. Future Leaders Programme – targeted at junior staff at clerical grades Assistant Staff Officer (Grade 4) and Staff Officer (Grade 5). 2. Management Development Programme – targeted at Senior Staff Officers (Grade 6), a middle-management role within the Housing Agency.
